Amazon Japan store
Has anyone ordered from the Amazon Japan store and never got their parcel? I have ordered it multiple times and never received anything. Note this is through amazon.sg. I have ordered from Germany and the US with no problems. I complained to customer service, and they could only refund and offer a free month of Prime. Maybe there’s a loophole to get free Prime!
