Do NOT purchase any of my designs if you can't respect the terms below:
★ Once payment and transfer is complete you have all rights and ownership of the character
★ The adopts I sell are still my designs, please don't remove credit or the art that came attached to the character
★ You are free to resell my characters again if you no longer want them but only at the price you paid for it (unless you have added art onto it since it's purchase) and please ask before doing so in case I'm willing to take/buy them back!
★ Once you have paid and received the character there are NO refunds and this is NOT negotiable if you attempt any charge backs you will be blacklisted from all my social media, reported to TH admin and more action will be taken if necessary.
★ You may edit/add onto the design of my characters as long as their original design is still recognizable
★ Do not use any characters I've created to spread hate speech, bigotry or any offensive media
★ Do not feed any of my art/character designs into AI for any reason Auction rules and payments
★ I can hold a character for up to 24hr, you will need to put a deposit if you want them held longer to ensure my time isn't wasted.
★ Ghosting after requesting to hold a character for you will result in me blocking you and not wanting to do any business with you in the future, please keep that in mind.
★ I do NOT accept payment plans, only upfront payment please
★ Steam gifting is NOT a payment method for my adopts, I can only accept USD from Cashapp, Chime or Venmo. If you are out of the US, please contact anyone you trust that can send the payment on your behalf.
