Fandom is horrible and just seems to be getting worse. Are there any alternative wiki projects for World of Darkness? New or unfinished ones are also ok

One of my players is a Tremere and I'm having a hard time figuring out interesting hooks for them. I've read a lot about them so I have a good understanding of how the Clan functions on an abstract level, but I don't have any ideas on how to turn it into interesting things for the player, e.g. I understand that they should have to serve the clan if they want to grow their powers, learn new paths and rituals, but I don't know what sorts of things the Clan would have them do etc.

Any tips of any kind are appreciated

I seem to remember there being some ways to drink kindred blood without getting a blood bond, but I can't find anything about it right now. Is this a thing and if so, how?
