[1 YoE] Is it acceptable to list a complex full-stack side project as relevant work experience?

I've built an open-source job board that has a substantial amount of traffic and was wondering if I should put it under the Experience section rather than the Projects section since I have used technologies that I do not get to use in my actual job, for example I used AWS services for the project whereas at work I exclusively use Azure, which fills a big gap in my resume.

Would it be good idea to list it as experience? or will I get flagged as unserious or 'cringey' and get my resume tossed in the bin?

How to prep sashimi in advance and keep it fresh for the same day

Hi :) I'm hosting a dinner party and want to make sashimi as a starter dish, but since I want to be with the guests and not slicing and plating fish for an hour I'd like to prep as much as I can in advance, is it a bad idea buying fresh sliced sashimi from my local fishmonger the day of the party then plate it and put the plated sashimi with a plastic cover in the fridge an hour before guests arrive so I can just pull the plates out when we sit down to eat ?

how do you keep your asset/device inventory from being a mess?

Hello fellow Intune admins, how do you keep your asset/device inventory from being a mess?

We've run Snipe-IT on prem for years and it's been fantastic, and we're finally moving everything we can to the cloud.

The problem with Snipe-IT is it's fully manual and we always get inventory drift such as device names and asset counts not being up to date in relation to Intune. Also we cannot use Intune alone since there are obviously non-enrolled devices and components such as monitors, keyboards etc.

Hoping to find out how you all handle this? I'm fully aware we can lift and shift the Snipe-IT server to Azure but I'm hoping to find other solutions... maybe a SaaS or open-source tool that actually syncs Intune into a master asset DB?

[1 YoE, System Administrator, Cloud/DevOps Engineer, Remote]

For some context

I am entirely self taught, I am planning to get some certifications specifically from AWS, Azure and maybe Hashicorp later on.

I landed my current role purely out of luck and refusing to give up on a tech focused role, since we are a small IT team everyone wears a lot of hats and so do I even though I am more cloud and development focused, thus I am looking for new opportunities that allow me to focus 100% of my time in a more Cloud/DevOps environment, but am struggling with shaping my resume.

I feel like the SysAdmin title I was given no longer describes my day to day accurately, should I keep it in the job description or should I change it ? thanks :)
