Just drove past the downtown E&G and see that they are closed permanently? Anyone have any insider info on why this happened? Also saw the Broken Spoke is closed. And Ned Kellys. They got some new luxury apartments going up tho yippee. Is east side downtown GB just a failing mess or am I missing something?
