Is there any recommended approach, what to tell agent to run julia code faster? Like keep session opened etc?

I miss Sleep RHR from my old Fitness Bracelet, it's very useful - to see how good the sleep was and also as the goal - make it lower.
Is there way to connect the Ring to some app that would calculate it? As far as I understand Sleep RHR is RHR calculated from the heart rate during the sleep period.
Fenix 6 has RHR - Resting Heart Rate calculated over the 24h, but no Sleep RHR - calculated over sleep.
Is there maybe some unofficial way to get Sleep RHR?
It's possible to get raw FIT data from the watch and calculate it yourself, but I hope there's easier way.
In my opinion Whole Day RHR is not useful, as body functions are different during sleep and activity, mixing it and calculating some average over both makes little sense.
I recently bought a used Fenix 6. In general it works well, but USB connections to a PC are very unreliable and usually cause the watch to freeze.
Is this a known issue, and is there any way to make the USB connection more reliable?
When I connect the watch to a PC via USB (either using Android MTP mode or Garmin mode), it sometimes works, but most of the time it freezes. Typically only about 1 out of 4 connection attempts succeeds.
By "freeze" I mean:
I see similar behavior when using Wi-Fi. If I select Scan Networks, the watch often freezes in the same way. Sometimes it becomes completely unresponsive, and sometimes only some buttons stop working. A hard reset is usually required.
I don't need Wi-Fi, but I mention it because it may help identify the underlying problem affecting USB connections.
Device details: Fenix 6 Pro Solar Titanium, Software version 28.02 (4a9440e)
Thanks.

The OpenTopoMap already has pre-build maps that could be installed on Fenix 6 for all countries (works with Fenix 6).
But there's no option to select specific region of OpenTopoMap you are interested in and download map for that specific region.
There's service https://extract.bbbike.org that supposed to do exactly that, but it won't work - Fenix 6 complains with "Can’t authenticate maps" (I used format "GarminTopoMap UTF-8").
I assume the problem is BBBike left some metadata, like author name or something in the map description empty or something similar, and Fenix 6 requires that field to be present.
Is there a way to fix it?
Expenses follow Pareto law (power law, heavy tailed distribution).
Optimal strategy - cut the tail, identify 1-3 highest expenses and cut it (tax, real estate, maybe even geoarbitrage - leave Australia).
Saving pennies here and there on avocados have around zero impact on expenses.
