I recently got the new 18 and my VW Jetta 2016 is having troubles, I got a credible cord but occasionally my CarPlay won’t work and it will turn on and off. Is there a solution to this?

I can’t seem to get past 2 skill points it just resets back to zero, I’m in the forest layer btw
