K'nex always saves me when fishing wire through walls

I wonder if anyone else does this

Today was the third time I've had to use K'nex to run a wire to the other end of the wall from one hole to the other.

I today again started trying it with conventional methods and constantly got stuck behind wooden slats and insulation material. After hours of struggling, I finally remembered my trick to build a long stick from K'nex piece by piece behind the wall with a thread on the front.

There's no tool as good for this job as K'nex in my experience

I really enjoyed LOW

Which apparently is a controversial opinion, judging by the Reddit posts about the show.

So yes it's Jack's own voice, lower pitched, he had to narrate everything over by himself, because Zachariah didn't want his own voice used. Many listeners who didn't know this found the show disappointing because it indeed makes everything sound implausible. Assuming it were true though, probably the dialogues have been rewritten for better wording, which makes it indeed unbelievable as if a teenager could be such a fluent storyteller even in a non native language. And yes, it's pretty incredible that a kid kept meticulous memory of everything despite being high all the time. And the odds of all this happening as it was told are insane.

I think the moral of the story is more important than the truthfulness, as Jack s says in the intro. If this is all is made up by an extremely talented storyteller kid, I still find it a good listening experience.

But to whoever insists on the importance of factuality, as it seems most people on here are (and I get that); I wanted to say I think that this story could be fact checked from public or police records if you have the time for it. Enough brutal crimes were mentioned that you should be able to somehow find information about them, right? Has anyone tried that?

PS: LOW reminded me of this amazing podcast from a decade ago called S-Town by Brian Reed. In that show as well, there was this man with an insane life story who contacted This American Life to tell his life's story before it would be too late for him (don't want to tell spoilers). Nothing can beat S-Town imho but LOW does have this similar buildup which I enjoyed, and I suspect Jack has gotten some inspiration from it.

Improve GPS measurements on known track

I have a Garmin Forerunner 165 music.

I have workouts set up where I measure my pace when running rounds on a track. I have audio cues set up when I get outside my pace range. But those are triggered way too often because there's drift in the GPS especially where there's tall trees. Also resulting in my final distance measured wrong.
I actually know the exact distance of the track and currently always afterwards calculate the real correct pace and distance which doesn't correspond to the measurements.
I'm wondering if there's a better way to this, a way i can tell Garmin I'm on this track that's X meters long such that each time I pass a point I've been before, it can deduce the exact distance much more accurately. Or even upload a coordinate map of the track so it can pin my position onto it.
