Had a pint of ice cream, was full after only eating half
Every time I would buy pints of ice cream, I would always eat the entire pint in one sitting.
Any odd time where I wouldn’t eat the whole thing…it was because I made an active choice to stop…not because I was satisfied.
But now that I’m on semaglutide, I am satisfied after eating half, which I equate to getting a single scoop from any ice cream shop.
It’s nice to feel what ladies with normal appetites feel.
