I contacted customer service but they responded to me on Instagram asking for pictures of the shipping label and the products I did receive side by side.

I ordered highlight milk 03, the lip trio, pocket bronzers in sip and sunbed

they gave me pocket bronzer in sip and bake instead and highlight milk * lip trio is missing :(

okay I’m not sure exactly what is happening not sure if it’s bots or ppl that work for the company ? but I commented on Rhodes newest post on Instagram saying that my order still hasn’t shipped

for context before everyone tells me to be patient I completely understand and agree with you guys but I ordered on launch day, many of you guys got emails saying your order will ship eventually or stuff like at least a tracking email right? Well my for order the label hasn’t even been created, I have tried emailing rhode and dm them but they won’t respond to me at all.

So I just commented on there Instagram post 2 times saying that I still don’t have my tracking link and basically just asking what’s going on

immediately whenever I comment there’s like weird random accounts responding under me telling me to take this somewhere else and don’t post stuff like that under there posts and some people saying I’m lying like what??

I’m actually so confused what’s happening because they are random accounts

I ordered on June 9th and I’m in Toronto but rhode posted on their Instagram story that they are restocking the bronzer in sunbed and highlight milk next week
and another bronzer in shade sip early July

I ordered highlight milk 03 two bronzers sip and sunbed and the lip trio

Since the bronzer in sip is getting restocked in early July does that mean I will only receive my package after it gets restocked on her website?

for those who received their package already does mango honey smell like a normal mango smell only? or can you also smell honey?

and for colada is it coconut smell or pineapple smell?

my package hasn’t shipped yet so I’m just wondering!!

Hi guys I don’t know what shades to get for the new summer drop if anyone has a similar skin tone to me could you help me out?

for context I have light medium to medium skin with very warm golden undertones (pakistani skin tone)

for the glazing milk i was thinking shade 03 but im super tan right now would it just disappear on me? should i go for 04?

and for the bronzer i was thinking shade sip it has golden warm undertones, although sunbed might be closer in shade but the undertone is more cool for me since its neutral I fear it might look more flat instead of warm or bronzy on me

and for the lip peptide lip tint I was thinking obviously honey mango and colada do you guys think colada might wash me out or be too light?
