Easy classes you can take to hit full time (12 credits)?

Title, GEPs are mostly finished. I have already taken EDHS 115 and EDHS 200, I am fine with classes you have to show up in person but would prefer online

can I apply MD only with a 3.5-3.6 cGPA and 3.3-3.4 sGPA with decent ECs? (assuming 514-516 mcat)

Title. I know a lot hinges on mcat, but reading a lot of things in this subreddit and sdn has made me concerned. I missed the mark slightly in quite a few classes on getting an A, and had a rough last semester where a personal family event resulted in 3 Cs. My fls are around 510 ish right now, and although I think I can probably increase that to 514-516, I really don't know. If it counts, I am a URM with decent ECs, decent volunteering and a somewhat unique life story growing up around gang violence in a impoverished area. Sorry if this comes off as neurotic, I have seen a lot of people have mixed opinions regarding this. I would also apply to around 30-40 schools.

edit: as an addendum to this post, I have seen admit.org and it seems it does 'work', but it doesn't show ecs, urm, x-factors, etc, and I want to say that those with high (3.8+) gpas and mcats around 505-510 were slightly more competitive and accepted for the schools I would really like to attend (UMSOM, VCU, EVMS, etc.) This subreddit is also similar, with several people having said that they still got interviews and As (albeit almost no lists, just 't20' and what not.) I am learning more towards it is possible but still want to know what you guys think.
