Hey zäme!

Wohin geht ihr mit eurem VW, VW Nutzfahrzeug, Skoda oder Audi in den regelmässigen Service?

Zur teureren AMAG, also Vertragsverkstatt, Service streng nach VW Vorgaben, mit Originalteilen, usw.?

Oder geht ihr einfach zu einer anderen Werkstatt, die günstiger ist, sicher genauso gute Arbeit leistet, halt einfach vielleicht nicht so genau nach VW Vorgaben? Welche wäre das?

Gibt es dadurch noch Nachteile bei einem 10-jährigen Auto?

Ganz konkret vielleicht auch: Es geht bei mir um einen VW T6, also offiziell ein VW Nutzfahrzeug.

Yeah, maybe the question is silly as there is never the "5er and Weggli" (can't have your cake and eat it)

But how would you treat 300k if you might think about buying property for living in 2-4 years? But really optionally, as we like our current apartment, we have everything we need there, it is reasonably priced and we have enough space for family plans.

1. Keeping it in cash would of course be safe, but also wasting money for sure. No gain, loss of value because of inflation. And maybe in 4 years we are still happy with our apartment or we don't find an appropriate property.

2. Bonds seem not worth at the moment, low return, still some risk.

3. All world ETFs are of course high risk high reward. It might go well, make money for 2-3 years and it makes sense to use it for property. It might go totally South and it makes it 100% impossible/unreasonable to buy some property and we might need to wait 10+ years for it.

A mix of it sounds good in theory, but there are still the same risks, pros and cons. Like, 150k in cash still is a big amount doing nothing. 150k in ETFs is still a big amount that would make buying property totally unreasonable if there is a crash.

So is it the right decision to go all-in?

Either

a) Keep everything in cash to have the possibility of this optional wish

b) Invest everything in All-Worlds ETFs and chill, be really aware that the optional wish might not happen for 10+ years

Folgendes: Container für Karton bimne Mehrfamiliehuus. Notorisch voll bzw. überfüllt.

Kuum isch dr Container endlich vodr Abfuhr gleert worde, entsorgt en nätte Nochber sini riesigi Schachtle am nägschte Daag. Natürlich schön gross in Schachtelform, worum söttme sich denn au d Müeh mache, dass Ding usenand zneh und flach mache? Container isch mit dere eine Schachtle halt scho wieder halbvoll, am Daag nach dr Abfuhr und 13 Daag vordr nägschte Abfuhr.

Es wird no schlimmer: Will das huere nervt "take one for the team", ich würd jo jetzt sogar sini Schachtle zerlege. Aber nei, in dere Scheiss Schachtle isch natürlich no allerhand anders Züg. Anderi Schachtle, Papier, Kinderschoggi-Verpackig (wo jo auno us Alu und Plastik bestönd)

Generell git dr eint oder ander eifach e Schissdrägg druf, was und wieme dört sis Züg drischmeisst. No Verpackigsplastik dra? Sunstige Plastik? Egal.
