Smileback NPS campaigns

I make a marketing group for NPS users it’s the only filter for the NPS users in smileback. Let’s say I have a current NPS campaign and add more users. Are they automatically added to the campaign or I do have to edit and reimport the users?

How do get rid of old timesheets for old employees

I've got a bunch (700) or so time sheets for ex-employees that never got submitted. We've been really lazy about that and wanting to get better about closing out timesheets. What's the easiest way to close out those time sheets when the employee doesn't exist anymore. From approvals you can only send email reminders. I can click into the time sheet and submit but I'd sure hate to do that 700 times.

How to be alerted on uncompleted tickets with parts

Seems to a bit of a pain point for us when we have parts on a ticket and it stays open for a bit too long. We have brightgage and psa. Just curious if anyone has made something to alert a manager if that happens.
