Looking for the best competitive FPS monitor around $250

I’m looking to upgrade my monitor primarily for competitive CS2.

My setup:

CPU: Ryzen 7 7800X3D

GPU: RTX 3070

Previous monitor: MSI MAG 255F X24 (sold)

Budget: Around PKR 65,000–70,000 (~$230–250)

Main priority: competitive FPS performance

I’m looking for the best monitor I can get within this budget, more about actual motion clarity, pixel response times, input lag, and overall gaming performance than just the advertised refresh rate or 0.3ms/0.5ms numbers.

What monitor would you recommend for this budget specifically for competitive CS2? I am confused in ViewSonic, ASUS TUF & AOC

Best 240Hz monitor under 40–42k for CS2?

I'm looking to buy a gaming monitor mainly for Counter-Strike 2 and my budget is around 40,000–42,000. My PC specs are Intel Core i5-14400F, RTX 2070, and 16GB RAM. I'm looking for a 24–25-inch, 1080p, 240Hz monitor with the lowest possible input lag and good colours/clarity for competitive FPS games.

The options available to me are the MSI MAG 255F X24, ViewSonic VX2479A-HD-PRO, and MSI MAG 275F E20, but I'm open to other suggestions if there's a better option within my budget or specifically for cs2 which suits with my PC specs.

I've also come across some posts mentioning MSI monitors developing vertical lines over time, so I'd appreciate hearing about your long-term experiences with these monitors or any other recommendations.
