QR code not scanning
Hey all, I need your help with something. I got my x3 today and can't connect it with the app. The qr code scanned at first to link me to the appstore, but now when I try to bind the device in the app, it's not scanning. Not even coming up with an error or anything, just nothing happens.
The device was brand new from the xteink website, and I've updated the firmware and registered both the device and app as international. Both my phone and the device are on the same wifi, even tried it with them both connected to my phone's hotspot. Tried restarting them both too. Still doesn't work.
Not sure what else to try. Any ideas?
