Downloading games on PSN active account?

Ok so basically I want to play sonic crossworld dlc characters but some of them require an active PSN account and the thing is I did do that before actually, on my first account although I realized I can't download games anymore and instead get an error message.

So my question is if I make an alt local account, I can use it for jailbreak and homebrew stuff like downloading pkgs/fpkgs and still play on a separate activated account?

Don't wanna lose progress as I am 70 hours deep in some games

So uhh, I'm now a dad of a Kleicha metal sonic

So basically this brat(I'm honest) pretty much refusing to let us feed them and he doesn't eat himself, it has been like 5 days and each time we force him to eat

I'm afraid we are making him feel any pain or discomfort so I gotta ask why he is refusing to eat

Also he has other habits, he hides in whatever dark place he finds, he knows how to pick up things, he keeps his head low or down on ground whenever he is sleepy or tired, he licks and squeeze my fingers by his beak sometimes, he ABSOLUTELY refuse tea spoons and syrenges feeding and most importantly he isn't afraid of anything? Like he climbs up and down his cage outside and inside, he climbs my clothes and he likes to jump from high places into my hand???
