HSIL-Moderate or Severe?

Cytologist in training here! Would this be considered HSIL-moderate? I for sure see LSIL, but after reviewing the slide, I might have a case for HSIL, just not sure if moderate or severe.

What’s going on here?

Hi everyone, training cytologist here. This week, we’re combining atrophy, inflammation, repair, ASCUS, ASC-H, LSIL, HSIL-moderate, and HSIL-sever. I’m so confused what this is on this slide. I have a 30 year old pt on day 21 and I’m seeing CBI and lots of cytolysis. Some of these immature squamous cells look concerning, but I’m seeing nucleoli, which is not indicative of ASCUS, LSIL, or HSIL, so I’m also thinking well maybe it’s atypical repair but also these single cells are not in a school of fish arrangement. I’ll also show some clusters of squamous metaplastics that could show atypical repair due to the rough nuclear membrane and crowding, but I’m really stumped on those small, singular cells.

LSIL or CIN II (HSIL-Moderate)?

Hi everyone, training cytologist here. I’m to attach multiple photos from the same slide and one photo in particular (it will be obvious which one) that looks more like HSIL-moderate due to the amount of cytoplasm left in the cell. However, I only really saw one cell that looked like that, and the rest of the slide looked like the other photos more or less.

Endometrial glandular cells on a pap smear?

Hey guys, I'm new to cytology (student) and I was wondering what type of cells these were? I was thinking endometrial glandular cells because it looks like a 3D cell ball, cells are small and round, basophilic cytoplasmic staining, some nuclei eccentric, and possibly some hyperchromasia of the cytoplasm.

Recommendations for Getting to UW Madison Campus From Middleton

Hi everyone! So I've been struggling figuring out how I want to get to campus. I have recently moved to Middleton, WI to attend UW Madison, but I am from out-of-state originally. However, I am technically considered an employee through the university rather than a student (long story, but basically doing a satellite extension site at UW Madison).

I have considered just buying a metro bus pass, however, that's a 40 minute ride to campus from Middleton. I don't really want to drive to campus either or purchase an employee parking pass as those options are expensive and hard to come by. I was wondering if there's any where I could park for free that close-ish to campus then hop on a campus bus? Or any free parking lots that are close to a campus bus route?

Any helping would be much appreciated!

Co-op Game Suggestions?

Hello! My boyfriend and I are looking for fun co-op game suggestions. We recently finished Moving Out 2 and have also played Over Cooked 2, so preferably games like those. I‘m new to playing video games but my bf isn’t, however, he’s having a hard time finding us a good co-op game. Any ideas?
