Advised to undergo hysteroscopic polypectomy
Kamusta? What is this procedure like?
Do I really need to be admitted to the hospital prior and after the operation?

Hi everyone, I’m looking for OB-GYN recommendations around Marikina Valley or nearby areas.
I’m 31F with PCOS and currently dealing with very irregular periods (sometimes months to over a year apart). I also have symptoms like weight regain despite lifestyle changes and facial hair growth. My main concern right now is managing PCOS long-term and protecting my health since I also have diabetes and hypertension.
I had a blood clot in 2017 (suspected to be related to birth control pills). I was treated with blood thinners for a short period and my follow-up scan in 2019 showed it was cleared. Because of this, I can’t take estrogen-containing contraceptives.
I’m currently on metformin and other maintenance meds, but I feel like I need a more comprehensive PCOS management plan that takes my clot history into account.
Would really appreciate OB recommendations who:
Are experienced with PCOS cases
Understand high-risk patients (history of thrombosis)
Ideally work well with endocrinologists or are open to co-management
Thank you so much! 🫶
