Meet Coby. Coby (over 60 pounds) is adorably described by our #1 favorite shelter as:

-affectionate🫀🫀🫀

-sensitive😻💑👩‍❤️‍👩

-has soulful eyes🩵👁👁🩵

-soft☺️🫶

-gentle💝💕🤲

-treat receptive🍬🍭😛

-initially aloof but become more social with staff❤️‍🩹🥹

-wants to connect🤝🙋‍♂️

-needs protection, understanding, & guidance🤗🫂 👨‍🌾

-wiggly😀👳‍♂️

💐👑💐👑💐👑💐👑💐👑💐👑💐

The REAL Coby is:🎭🥷

-a family dog that needs to be under full sedation just to have a basic medical exam💊💊💊

-tears the keys off handlers🫦🗝🫳

-tears the treat pouches off handlers👄🫦

-needs multiple handlers👨‍✈️👩‍✈️👮

-requires a double leash🪢🧗‍♀️

-tries to mount handlers🐸🏇🤼‍♂️

-jumps up on handlers constantly🦘🤹

-refuses to enter/exit kennel🙅‍♂️🚫

-needs to be muscled into/out of kennel💪🤺🧌

And on & on & on.✍️✍️✍️

💐👑💐👑💐👑💐👑💐👑💐👑

Our favorite shelter calls over 60 pound Coby a "Stray." But he is 100% Owner Surrendered. Hmm. I wonder if they'll share his full & complete bite + shelter aggression history with his new adopters?🤔 I wonder if Coby will stay Coby, or if Coby will soon be dubbed Tank/ Kilo/ Max/ Killa/ Who Cares?🤷‍♀️

I don't know how these people live with themselves, adopting out Pitbulls that BITE LITTLE KIDS & SEND THEM TO THE HOSPITAL.🫦👶🏨

I also added his complete medical notes here.📝👁👁 Normally, I just put partial notes. But today, these are his complete medical notes.📝🧪

They even had Misunderstood Coby rabies tested.🧪🫦 LOL, which they normally do NOT do. So this must've been one f@ck of a bite.🦷 Poor kid. Like no... the answer to this isn't rabies. The answer to this perplexing question is... drumroll please: PITBULL.🫡

💊💊TRAZODONE💊💊

There are NO NEW NOTES for this past week. Only up till 5/15/26. So I am going to assume that he's been given other 💊💊 like Gabapentin and/or Clonidine as well.

I'll keep an eye out & report back.🫡🫡

Pitbull Kills Kitty.💀💀💀 Ready For A New Home!😡😡😡

Firstly, I have to apologize for my hysterical underlining today. I am infuriated & disgusted by this one.🤬🤬🤬

Meet Bruce. Bruce is at our favorite Velvet Couch shelter. Bruce just killed Bella the kitty. He DRAGGED HER UNDER THE COUCH & KILLED HER.😡

In fact, it took 2 PEOPLE TO PRY HER DEAD BODY FROM HIS JAWS. Yes, this happened.🤬

How does our #1 favorite shelter describe this abhorrent crime❓️

"An altercation with a cat that no one actually witnessed."👁👁

Yes, they actually said this. Despite the fact that BELLA IS DEAD.⚰️🪦😿

Bruce has wounds on his stupid, brainless face from the "altercation," so I hope innocent Bella fought with the fire of 1000 suns, before he tore her apart.🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

ASIDE from killing this sweet kitty,⚰️ Misunderstood Bruce is also a completely out of control, typical, WIGGLY Pitbull at ye olde shelter.

The staff actually wrote on the Whiteboard to alert handlers:✍️⚠️⚠️⚠️

"BE CAREFUL RETURNING- HE WILL FIGHT YOU."🥊🥊🥊

The ONLY thing that seems to help Bruce is treats.🍬🍭

BUT... Food & Treats also make Bruce "FRANTIC."😥🤡🍭🍬

The staff CANNOT get him to walk anywhere WITHOUT TREATS.🤡

Y'all know how this ends....

Pitbull Mix. Bitten 3 CHILDREN. And 1 Adult. But Pit Mommy Loves Her Pibble!!😇

This really pisses me off.😡 This is a typical Pitbull Owners mindset. They make every excuse in the book for their Pibble.

6 year old "Lab/Pitbull Mix" that was raised its entire life by this woman. According to her, this Pibble has always been the only animal in the home. And has no bad experiences. Zero abuse. Just lots of love!🤝💗🤲🤝💗🤲

So why has Pibbles in the past 6-ish months turned aggressive, & bitten her 3 CHILDREN & AN ADULT? AND GONE AFTER HER NEIGHBOR? OH THE HUMANITY!!!🫦👶🫦👶🫦👶

So Pittie Mommy went online & asked for help.🆘️ She explained that she DID take Pibbles to the veterinarian.⚕️ Pibbles received a clean bill of health.✅️ So where is this pesky AGGRESSIVE BITING behavior coming from, since it's NOT THE OWNER??!!❓️❓️❓️❓️❓️

I simply cannot fathom where. Btw... she's going to try a "gentle muzzle." And "educate"👨‍🎓🎓 her poor 3 CHILDREN THAT WERE ATTACKED & BITTEN how to act better around the misunderstood Pibble.

AND...She's taking Pibbles to ANOTHER VETERINARIAN to see if there's a problem the 1st veterinarian missed. Why? Because Pit Mommy would feel "Beyond Guilty"☹️ if she dared to send the AGGRESSIVE BITING DOG to a BETTER ENVIRONMENT if there were something medically wrong Veterinarian #1 missed.🩺🌈🌉⚕️

On a personal note: All I can say is...if this were one of my family's dogs...one of our own 100lb. dogs that we owned, & it bit any of us...that dog would've been sent to a BETTER ENVIRONMENT immediately. STAT. Not given a 2nd chance. Or 3rd chance. Or 4TH FRIGGIN CHANCE to bite.

Hello all. I was granted my disability a few years ago. I currently receive SSDI. Fully Disabled. I have that paperwork. But I have never received any paperwork stating what, exactly, they officially designated me disabled with? Because at the hearing in front of the judge, & also in my application, I gave them multiple diagnoses from my doctors & specialists. How does one get a copy of this? Thank you.
