Blah, was ssoo excited when Coca Cola announced they were not going to be bottling or distributing Dr Pepper and pushing out Pibb, their own brand, about 6 months ago.
I"ve been seeing Pibb and its flavors showing up down south in Florida at more & more locations, including Wawa & 7/11 - and recently at Target & Freds in Washington...
But wondering when are we gonna get it up here?!?
I'm absolutely struggling with a booking for a client, Icelandair does not allow *any* type of open-jaw reservations: eg clients are flying AAA to KEF, cruise, then KEF -> BBB in Europe (FI does NOT go there), but return from CCC- KEF, then KEF back to AAA. I used all my tricks in the GDS (travel agent) world to try to make things fare, so I did AAA to KEF roundtrip, then KEF -> BBB on the other airline. But Icelandair's stupid system is forcing my folks into business class on CCC-KEF, giving me a price, but won't let it ticket. Sales support is anything BUT support.
99.99% of all airlines will let me then make a separate booking on that airline - CCC to KEF in this case, and then connect the bags for KEF back to AAA.
has anyone had any experience with separate tickets on Icelandair (BOTH on Icelandair) and checking the bags all the way thru?
