My company is considering Ripping to replace our current system. I am starting to have doubts on what Rippling is promising to deliver. Firstly, they reached out to our team with a verbal offer of a gift card after our first demo. We had more than 3 demos and the agent is not responding anymore. Secondly, I’ve been seeing posts about how the demos are too good to be true and when the implementation happens, we are on our own. I know all systems have its own flaws but the demos have been good so far. Hesitant to move away from our current provider which works but not perfect. Happy to hear feedback from current users.
