I shipped the wrong item, very similar,but wrong. Buyer left me some negative feedback. I immediately accepted the return. Anything I can do to fix this?

I started reselling 3 months ago. I do the hustle/grind. List consistently, send offers, promote, started a basic store. Anything and everything I could do to scale up, and things were starting to move for me!!! I’ve started cross listing to other platforms now. But anyway, I’ve had absolutely ZERO sales from eBay all week!! Nothing from Poshmark in the last two days either. Any one have any ideas what I can do to get orders coming in again?
