I have a question for those of you who carefully track your progression and have reached more advanced resistances. When you start your workout and you're going to do, say, bicep curls, do you begin with where you left off last time? Or do you start this particular set with a lower resistance and work your way up until you reach your current progression?
I feel like it's a good idea to work my way up, but it's a real hassle to change bands out multiple times for just one exercise and I wanted to see what others are doing. TIA
