I usually tend to upskill myself after 11pm to 2am using company's laptop. They have the tracker system where working hours are being tracked, and mostly after 12am since it counts another day helps me to logg off early for the next day. This is also the reason. But today he asked me why are u working everday so late and he used few words cuz it would escalate to it but u didn't understand and was scared to answer. Such a lala company, so is it something good or worse that's happening?

I'm currently working as ai engineer. I want to start my startup, i did have freelance projects which i got locally but they ended. Now in search of more local clients, idk how to do that. Idk how to find loopholes. I'm visiting every company cuz that gives me like 10 different connection while in the process of meeting one. But i end up saying something like I'm looking for space. Well no. In a building full of startup companies i just want to go there and offer my service, but idk how. Idk how to do tht.
