Hi all! My apartment is seeking a new roommate! $784 a month, one bedroom in Harlem/Sugar Hill area. Water bill included in rent amount. 10 min walk from A/C, B/D lines and 6 min walk from the 1 line.
I am looking for someone to sign the lease September 1st 2026. That is a one year lease ending September 1st 2027. Wifi is $65/m (split 4 ways) and ConEd is around $60/m per person in cold months, but jumps to $115 during hottest months. there’s in unit washer/dryer and a dishwasher, with 3 other bedrooms and roommates. One bathroom.
No pets but if you talk with the landlord and she allows it, roommates are okay with cats!
It’s a 4th floor walk up. And right by a community garden that is nice to chill in / volunteer at. Looking for someone clean, friendly, and on the quieter side because some of the roommates work early AM. Lmk if you (or someone you know!) may be interested and if you have any questions!!
