reddit.comI am trying to be healthier but my stomach hates food in the morning. I've finally found a smoothie I like that has protein in it but it's mango and also has added vitamin B and C.
My specialist always said wait at least an hour before and after the meds for any juice, fruit or vitamin C. But I forget to eat at all and don't notice till the stomach cramps kick in.
I've been on my meds over 20 years, I take a break at least once a month.
No matter what I do exercise, protein, I am dozing off by 3pm like clockwork.
I take focalin xr 35mg once a day, weigh 111lbs, female, get plenty of sleep, try to do my best to take them everyday.
Lately I've also been stressed and overworked due to a staffing shortage, a little sick as well (antibiotics for allergic rhinitis turned sinus infection); so they aren't really working at all.
Its a mango smoothie, 15g whey protein, an immunity additive, and 75mg caffeine.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
