Hector had a history of strokes?

I was watching the scene where Gus' partner got killed at Eladio's villa. I had never noticed the way Hector supported his arm with his other hand as he took the shot of tequila, common among people who've had minor strokes. In the same scene when standing over Gus I noticed the same hand (weak one) is curled, again a common symptom of minor stroke (or strokes). I'm guessing this is why he was on the heart meds, that when swapped for sugar, triggered the full stroke that paralyzed him. Still love that you can notice little details like that after several watches.

Mental Health & Priority care on NHS?

Hi, not sure if anyone has been in a similar position, but no harm in asking. I had a psychotic break 13 years ago but didn't let it stop me working even with extremely strong meds (which I still take). 3-4 years ago I had a relapse, triggered by anxiety and mood disorder and it stopped me working and made me basically a recluse (I don't normally like to over share like this, but I'm desperate). The lockdowns were a big factor in the trigger for some psychotic tendencies, which stupidly made me decide to lower meds without being told to.

I've been seeing the local NHS mental health team every 3-5 months for updates. Most visits it's just "we'll up the doses". One thing they say is a MUST, is exercise. It's been as good as any medication. I was running 2-3 times a week or going on long solo walks. I had a daily stretching routine too. Sadly I tore my calf really badly 5 months ago and it's really destroyed my progress.

I've seen a podiatrist, they lazily gave me a cheap DIY orthotic which tore my calf worse. The physio said I'm on a waiting list for Biomechanics for more advanced orthotics (basically I've long term foot issues which are preventing me from any calf strengthening exercises). Currently, I can't walk 100 metres. No exercise hasn't just increased the anxiety and messed with my mood... It's really starting to depress me badly, I'm so low. I've never had depression before. I'm physically drained and obsessing about the lack of exercise. I've just been told I've got a TELEPHONE appt mid July, then they'll give an appt for face to face. Which will be weeks later.

***My question for anyone that's got this far... Has anyone ever had any success in getting the mental health team to put other care as urgent or help you get a priority appt sooner for care you need that helps with your mental health management and recovery?***

Going private isn't an option due to financial constraints. You're looking at £200 just to be assessed and £300+ for their custom orthotics... If they don't work, you've just thrown £500 plus away.

To anyone that's read this far, thank you, even if you're unable to offer advice.

Totally forgot I made this UQ 20CD

These are the 20 gold coloured CD albums that came with The Ultimate Queen Box Set. They made more of the CD sets than the quantity they needed to cover the actual full limited edition amount, so they sold them as stand-alone sets... Just the gold CDs. I got them as a gift and made this frame for them back when I was a younger fan and had merchandise all over my walls 🤣🤟

I found it gathering dust in my attic. It's the Hollywood edition. Never actually listened to them as had (still have) the regular cd albums. Thought it would be nice to put up.
