hi r/Mesopotamia! i am a filmmaker and musician currently working on an experimental piece about lugalzagesi.

i would love to translate some of my writing into sumerian (i’m more focused on the sounds/phonetics not the cuneiform), also potentially akkadian.

lots of details still up in the air, i just wanted to put a message out to see if anyone is interested in helping me, or can direct me to someone who would be a good fit. all i can offer is credit in the film, i don’t have any money lol :( it should be fun though, there isn’t much text. i also have some questions about sumerian history and literature and would love to chat.
