I played Phoenix a good bit before she became completely overshadowed by Cyclops and Hela, and I think that, from a hero shooter standpoint, her kit is decently designed. A lot of people have said that she needs to be reworked into a strategist or at least have her abilities changed, but do the character mains actually want that?

I'm asking because the outcry from Widow mains after her rework was loud. And they were right that very few who actually played her wanted a full on character rework. Which was fair, but with Phoenix, I've seen a lot of posts here about rework suggestions and I'm curious.
