Hey everyone, recently got a switch again and put my old account on it that I had from 2021. I had a couple games, including super mario allstars and burnout paradise remastered, but from some reason those 2 are not showing in my virtual game cards. I know for a fact I purchased these games on this account because it was my personal switch and my account was the only one on it. Tried to contact Nintendo support and they said they can't do anything without a reciept of some sort, but my Gmail didnt save any receipts for games I purchased except for 320 minecraft coins I bought in 2021 (🙄). Not really upset about burnout paradise but Im really upset about super mario allstars because you can't buy it anymore. Is there anything I can do? Crazy how my ps3 from 2006 still has all of my games i purchased ready to download but my switch can't even do that
