what to do?

My wife has had three iuis and unfortunately they've all been negative. At nearly 5g a try we are definitely starting to feel a bit lost in our journey. Who has had success with iui? Who moved onto ivf? trying to stay hopeful but man each negative hurts that much more.

I am determined!

As it says: I am determined to finally lose this damn weight. I have managed to get myself to 92kgs, I am 5ft3 33 year old female and its taking a toll on my physical and mental wellbeing. I was an overweight kid, and experienced an eating disorder. I did manage to become a healthy weight using healthy techniques which I maintained for about 7 years.

My mother past away nearly 4 years ago and in that time I have put on over 30kgs. Its been a rough time and binge eating and drinking became my norm.

I feel I have reached the point where I am serious to commit to a healthy weightloss journey again - so I guess I would just like to know from you guys some tips to stay accountable and push through when its tough. what food did you 'binge' on to satisfy your cravings but not screw up your progress? What type of movement did you do around the home? Any and all advice and support is welcomed.
