Costco Ahi Tuna Wasabi Poke

You fakkas can eat your poke bowls however you want, but I prefer to have it like in Hawaii. Scoop of hot rice, dash of furikake, and some greens (for health).

The Costco poke is a great deal. $23/pound, you can make 4 bowls for about $6 each and mo betta than whatever strip mall “poke bowl” garbage is near your house.

Downside, I barely taste any wasabi and it needs more shoyu.

Costco Hamachi Poke (worth it!)

First time trying Costco’s hamachi poke and it’s really good. It doesn’t look like much because the knife work is awful and there’s a bit of silver skin on it, but the flavor is on point.

Scoop a bowl of hot rice, add a dash of soy sauce, maybe some chili crisp or furikake and you’re good!

One pack made four meals.

Store 027772

Visited a classic Mission style Taco Bell en route to the Santa Barbara Bowl. Love these old stores.
