Interviewing for HB/PB associate analyst position

I’m interviewing for an associate epic analyst position for HB/PB module. In the job description it didn’t say what module it was for because of it being an associate role so I didn’t find out until the recruiter phone call. I have a clinical lab background so I’m a little unsure how I would fit in that role. I do have some programming knowledge and currently in school for computer information systems which the recruiter seemed interested in. Is billing hard to get the hang of? Any insights would be appreciated! I was hoping for a more clinical module but this is all that’s available right now and the recruiter said the hiring is competitive.

Epic analyst hiring odds?

Currently working at a large hospital system as a medical lab scientist (bachelors). I’ve known for awhile I’ve wanted to switch to healthcare IT. Due to personal circumstances I moved down to part time and decided to return to school doing a computer information systems associate degree at a local community college. I’m only half way through schooling but saw on the internal job postings they had an epic applications analyst associate position and also an analyst position for MyChart and/or Cadence. I have end user experience with Beaker and a little with the charting when we have to search for previous lab results/notes/medications etc. The pay ranges are the same for both positions and the only requirements are 1-2 years experience in core discipline for associate (also hybrid) and 2-5 years experience for regular analyst (remote). Both require a bachelors degree which I have. I applied to both just to see what happens but what are the odds id get interviewed for either position? I would obviously love to do Beaker analyst but those seem super hard to come by so just trying to get my foot in the door at this point.

Binge worthy games?

Nothing I’ve played lately has been keeping my attention, really been craving a game where it sucks me in and think about it constantly. I’m very specific in the games I like though since I’m a 30F, needs to have good quest system with loot but adjustable or avoidable combat since I usually play all my games on easy. I game for relaxation so don’t want anything super stressful and also work part time with 2 kids so it needs to be something I can put down for a few days and not feel like I need a tutorial again. I have a pc and ps5. Here are some games I’ve played that I liked at the time but end up stopping and then just never starting again:

Assassin’s creed games - loved the new era rpg ones but they are so big that I end up getting bored, didn’t love mirage and shadows so much. I know black flag just came out with resynced but I’ve never played the original BF or any others besides AC2

Witcher 3 - loved the open world and side quests but story just kinda lost me and the magic/combat system was hard for me to get the hang of

Baldurs gate 3 - first time playing turned based game and it was fun and liked the storyline but some battles felt like they took forever and got annoyed that I lost out on some companions

Sims 4 - played sims games since I was a kid so I kind of go back and forth playing but ultimately I stop cause there’s no structured goals or anything to work towards.

Hogwarts legacy- finished and loved it at the time but tried second play through and didn’t really capture my attention again

Skyrim - tried and liked the idea of sinking hours into it but I just couldn’t get past the oldness lol

No man’s sky- had fun for awhile but then it just seemed a little pointless and hard to navigate the different systems
