He assassinated a lizard 30 seconds after this pic was taken.

Nightcat is a very sweet but skittish stray we’ve been taking care of. I was giving him a Churu and a clueless lizard practically walked into his mouth. 😬

Thermostat issue question

I have a Sensi thermostat in my upstairs bonus room. On warmer days the thermostat will be set on say 70, it will actually cool to 70, but it reads 78 or 80 and keeps the unit on. The old thermostat was there since the house was built in 2014 and worked fine until it started doing the same (that’s why I replaced it with the Sensi).

Any idea why it’s doing this and any possible fixes? The thermostat is in the same place as it has always been. It’s not in a particularly hot place or anything. I have a feeling just changing the thermostat again will yield the same results.

Is this traffic light casing broken?

Is this traffic light casing broken or are they made like this? I see these like this all the time. I would assume they’re built this way, but that curve on the left hand side looks broken to me. It might be 1 out of every 20-25 I see. If they are built this way, why aren’t all the rest that were installed the same time also that way? If they actually are broken, they’re always “broken” in this exact same way.

[TOMT]: Song that interpolates the Michael Jackson song “I Can’t Help It” from Off The Wall

This is driving me nuts. There’s an R&Bish song from the mid 90s-early 2000s that interpolates the line and melody “I can’t help it if I wanted to, no” during maybe a fade-out or outro. I feel like it’s a woman. Faith Evans keeps popping into my head. I can’t for the life of me think of the song. It’s not a primary melody or hook, just sort of thrown in there. Any ideas? It’s not an obscure song, and I feel like it’s something I’ve heard a million times but I can’t come up with it. I’m sure I’ll kick myself once I do.
