Every new headline makes me want to leave this country. I’ve completely lost faith in our system
Every single time I check the news, it just makes me want to pack my bags and get out of here. Our government’s leniency and toxically naïve policies are completely out of hand. What frustrates me even more is seeing some people actually glorifying violent criminals under the guise of "compassion"—it’s nothing but fake empathy, and it's sickening.
I’ve honestly lost all faith in this country and its justice system. If I were to relocate, which one would be a better choice for overall safety and peace of mind: Japan or China? Would love to hear your thoughts and experiences
Edit:I think there’s a misunderstanding of my point. I never claimed that countries like Japan or China are completely free of crime that’s impossible anywhere. My point is about the crime rates. They have significantly lower rates of violent crime compared to here, which is exactly why I’m looking to relocate. It’s about minimizing risk, not expecting a utopia
