Is it possible to install a sort of splitter switch so I can split off into a 30amp RV outlet.

Somwwhat of a novice but have changed breakers, have done minimal wire moving etc. Tha ks to this subreddit. Im seeing two options, either split the water heater or split the dryer outlet. My dryer outlet however is the old 3 prong so I dont think the romex coming from the breaker has a ground which I believe makes it not possible.

Unsure about the water heater.

The RV outlet will be 30amp 120v

Please advise. I was thinking of just running a new wire but have no room on my breaker box for another breaker. Water heater breaker is in white, dryer is the red.

What options may I have?

May be an option to replace the dryer receptacle and run a new wire with a neutral in it. However it's a 10/3 and I think i need a 10/2.

Is there an adapter to connect my 30 amp RV chord to my 30 amp outlet that my dryer is plugged into?

I assume my dryer outlet is the typical 240v. And i know my rv needs to pull 120v. Is there some kind of adapter I can use to lower the 240v to 120v so I can run my AC while in my driveway?

Or if anyone is familiar with generators maybe there's a system that I can plug into my 15amp 120 volt outlet to "charge up" and then use to power the AC? Is that even a thing or is it always gas powered?
