Kiosk kitty. Bat Yam Israel.

This kitty is always in this kiosk, sometimes at the till with the human workers or at the entrance greeting customers. Here she is obviously helping with the restocking.

Luxurious kitties in a fancy garden. Bat Yam, Israel.

This particular garden and resident cats seemed extremely popular last time! They have a good amount of water and shade here, and of course a number of feeders

Train station cat update. Netanya, Israel.

I looked for our little tuxedo friend at Netanya train station this morning, and found some extra friends! I brought some liquid treats to help with hydration in the summer heat. I was pleased to see that someone is putting out food and fresh water for them.

A very comfortable train station cat! Netanya, Israel

This lovely little guy was just chilling in the entrance to the train station! I couldn't resist stopping to say hello. He was very happy to receive some attention.

Cat chilling outside the St George Church Hall, Old Jaffa, Israel

This lovely little gentleman was hanging about outside the church hall attached to St George's Greek Orthodox Church in Old Jaffa. I have been inside the church grounds a few times and there are many well cared for street cats!

Shetland lace wedding shawl

I live in Israel and knitted my wedding shawl during the last flare up with Iran, I even took it with me to the shelters. I actually finished it on the first day of the ceasefire, but seeing the other wedding related posts here made me want to share. My username alone makes posting in the regular fibre arts subs stressful...

I used a traditional Shetland lace pattern and the yarn is Shetland lace 1 ply natural white. Both yarn and pattern from Jamieson and Smith Shetland wool brokers.
