Tried this combo and it was amazing. Only issue is it didn’t stick great to some of the French Fries and settled in the bottom but when it did!!!

I biked the tokaido and made it all the way to Nagoya before I bought a bottle and it was all down hill from there. We got to the Kirinzin before the photo was taken 😅. Even got a few bottles for my mini Kazaridaru wall.

Anyone want to come over for a drink?

I’ve been biking the Tokaido and due to strict but fair zero tolerance rules, sake exploration has taken a backseat this trip (boo I know). But a series of events found me in this brewery and I was determined to try this sake. So I strapped it to my bike and enjoying this lightly carbonated beauty in my hotel room 8/10. Perfect for after the 35 Degree day on the bike
