Can't see both shifters in the Sram app

I've got 12 speed Rival XPLR AXS. I decided to use the app and tried to pair things. Both shifters work. On my screen I only see the derailleur and one of the shifters. What do I need to do to see both shifters on the screen? Or do I ? The left downshifts and the right upshifts, like I want. Should I delete everything including the app, then download again and start from scratch? Because the YouTube videos are so horrible, I probably messed up. Is it as easy as pressing the button on the derailleur until it blinks, then press the button on the left until it blinks, then the right until it blinks? If that's what I need to do, how do I go back and do it so I see both the derailluer and the 2 shifters on the same screen? And I did install the latest firmware today.

My chain just won't clean!

11 speed Shimano Ultegra. After using chain lube all my life I want to start using drip wax. I've soaked the chain in mineral spirits 3 X and once overnight. I wipe it down when it comes out and then soak again. I also agitate the container. It looks clean, but the sides of the inner links just don't seem to get clean. Even rubbing them with a rag seems to be useless. When the chain is "folded" to fit in the container, a portion of each inner plate is covered by the outer plate. Unless someone has a fool proof suggestion (I don't have access to an ultrasonic cleaner), I'm going to cut my losses and purchase a new chain.

Thru-axle washer needed

I've seen the other posts regarding this, but thought I'd ask again. Is there any way to get the thru axle washer without buying the entire thru axle? I went on the Cervelo site and they don't show the washer being for sale. I used the "contact us" link. Wondering if other bikes use the same or similar sized washer. If it matters, this is for my Aspero.

Need SPD advice coming from Speedplay/Wahoo

I've been using Speedplay pedals on my road bike (Cervelo R3) since they were first released. I love/need the float...at least I think I do.

Recently purchased a Cervelo Aspero gravel bike and want to get gravel/mountain pedals, cleats and shoes and the Shimano SPD's seem like a good choice.

Looking for advice on the float issue. My latest Speedplays have 15º float. I see I can get up to 6º float on other cleat/pedal combinations. Do I even know I use a lot of float while cycling? How do I find out if 6º is sufficient?

Do pedals/cleats have a "centering" feature that one needs to "fight" continuously? Do some not have that centering feature? Is the centering feature not really anything to be concerned about? I'm a bit pigeon toed on one leg. Can the pedal be adjusted a bit to allow for that and then let the cleat float take care of the rest?

So many question for sure. Looking for advice from folks that have resolved this themselves.

Not interested in hearing "get a professional bike fit".
