So my partner (18) drives their parents 2010 Mazda5. The blower motor was fixed the 29th of June. The car is only blowing hot air and neither of us don’t feel comfortable going back to the mechanic who fixed the blower motor. We were told it needed Freon before we drove off (their parent found a backyard mechanic..)

We bought the R-134A refrigerant and gauge for it but at this point we don’t know what to do. We’re just young adults trying to figure out everything with Youtube and research but this is honestly a mechanic problem but once again we are young so I’m not for sure who to trust with this car now 💔

Does anybody know a mechanic that’s not scammy and willing to actually help us understand what the issue is and fix it.

TL;DR car blowing hot air, blower motor fixed, tried freon, didn’t work. Need help finding mechanic for 2010 Mazda5.

lol I have an interview there coming up and they said their would be a drug test but didn’t specify if it would be oral swab or pee test. Would anybody happen to know which one it might be..?

Also thinking about calling them and asking but wanted to ask fellow redditors first :3
