i saw this cat sleeping on 24th street between 21st and 23rd avenue. he/she has been TNR'd but he has a sinus and eye infection as far as i can tell. i gave him a churu and left a hand warmer next to him but it is raining today. does anyone feed him or know if he belongs to anybody? :(
