My bf and I have been living in this apartment for about a year now and we need some help with the layout. I’m struggling with the following; I’m an artist and I need some space to be able to draw, so I would very much like to have some sort of corner desk, as the current desk is completely taken up by a pc setup (the pc setup would become part of the corner desk). Also I would maybe like some extra space for storage of my supplies if possible. The second pic is the way the layout is right now, I’m open to taking away some of the furniture as we still have space in our bedroom, and I wouldn’t mind putting some things away in storage as this is a temporary home anyway. I would like to know how others would do the layout, as well as some potential tips for specific furniture or storage options. I don’t mind there being a lot of stuff as there’s only the 2 of us living here and I like a cozy eclectic feel anyway!

Note: the door to outside at the bottom doesn’t lead to anywhere as it’s not on ground floor, my bf opens it for smoking but it’s okay if it does’t open all the way.
