Where is your source of truth when it comes to calendar and members

Just curious for those who use planning center or any equivalent management software, do you have that software as source of truth? Or do you keep a separated place like Google workspace or overdrive for your list of members or calendar as the ultimate source?
Or church is in the middle of deciding a software and also where should the source of truth lives in.

Why did your church decide to not use planning Center?

My church is currently using planning centre but those who are serving don’t seem to like it very much. We are in the process of figuring out if this is because of the lack of knowledge, or pC simply isn’t a good fit for our church.
For those who evaluated and or used PC but ultimately decided against it, why?
From online it just seems to have overwhelmingly positive reviews on it, but for some reason, it just doesn’t click well with my church so far.
For context we only use service and check in and groups

Edit: follow up question, any church successfully use Google workspace to manage everything? Or do you think a dedicated software still brings a lot of value?

Process of getting King’s printer for Ontario commercial license

I am considering to potentially take information from certain Ontario web pages, integrating with other datasets and offering to the public for commercial purposes. I noticed the pages of interest are under King’s Printer for Ontario and will need their license for commercial use.
While im waiting for their reply on how to start the application, im wondering if anyone knows what factors do they consider before making a decision on granting vs rejecting the application? And is there usually a fee with the license?
