I’ve gotten a few pick up orders but learned quickly it seems I never get my order correct if I do pick up.

First time I bought Louboutin heels, and I got a giant king size comforter? Second time, they lost my whole my order and said I picked it up, which was another issue. Third time, I got a bunch of hair clips and in my order pick-up, they gave me a coach purse, like a smaller one. Then I got some women’s sandals for summer, and got men’s winter like mule shoes. They said if they can’t find your item, they sometimes just substitute it for another item. But the items aren’t even close.

Has anybody else had this happen? It’s frustrating like just cancel my order, so I don’t come and pick it up and waste my time. I don’t want to be a Karen and obviously I easily just get a refund while I am there, but so weird to me they do substitutes!

If I order it mailed to my house, no issues. So that’s what I do even though I have to wait longer.

I have flat feet & tendonitis in my feet. I can only wear shoes that have a hard unbendable sole & to most people, would be uncomfortable. I literally put metal plates in my other shoes.

I like doc martens, birkenstocks, air force 1s, all shoes with hard soles, to get an idea. I’d prefer to NOT wear boots as it gets hot, but I’m open to it!

So please tell me the worst shoes you’ve tried as a barista!!
