Ho male quando faccio quads
Every time I try to do quads, my legs hurt, my heart beats, and I have to sit still for a while.
The real problem is that I feel pain even when I'm doing quads slowly.
It also hurts when I curl my fingers to do quads.
What do you recommend?

I don't know if I'm a Therian or not. I've always felt a connection with animals, especially when I was younger, but even now.
I've tried to find out, but everyone says they've dreamed or seen their past life, but do I have to have seen it to be a Therian?
And I don't need any more answers like "it's not you who chooses to be a Therian, it's him who chooses you" or anything like that. I just need to know if I am a Therian or not.
I've also always felt claws, a tail, and ears, I'm not sure which animal they belong to🥺
Please help me.
