Bike advice

Okay guys, I know this is where the real advice comes from.

I bought a used 2023 KLX230SM mid-June. I rode it for a couple of weeks and realized my skill far exceeds what the bike is capable of because even with the throttle pinned wide open in 6th gear, full lean and hanging off the inside of the bike… police weren’t even noticing me.

I looked online and found some parts for the 230 but I just didn’t think it’s enough bike for me. So, I bought a gently used 399cc Kawasaki Ninja super sport, (It has a slip-on and flash tune) to really push the envelope of performance and be able to get on the freeway without having the bike sitting in 6th gear and max RPM for 75mph (speed limit here.)

With this new bike, I’ve ridden ~3k miles since July 8th. I still can’t wheelie, drag a knee, and barely pace 600’s on curves even with this massive performance upgrade. Any suggestions?

(Attached photo of current body position for reference)

Edit 01 - Anyone is CenTex that wants to go fast (or knows where I can find a corner outside of a cloverleaf…) lemme know!!
