so i got my tira order today, even though it was originally supposed to be delivered on the 10th. i received the two freebies from the brand whose products i purchased, but the freebie from tira (the one i was most excited about) wasn't in the package.

i checked the app, and it isn't marked as delivered yet. does that mean it'll be delivered separately later? this sale was honestly all about those freebies for me, which is why i ordered from tira instead of nykaa, where i usually shop.

please tell me if i should wait or raise a complaint. i know people might think i'm being petty, but i was genuinely really, really excited about it.
