Thickness of 5ply pans

Hi everyone. I've got a quick question. has anyone of you measured the thickness of the pans? I got confused because Made In states 2,7mm, and prudentreviews measured 3mm thickness. Obviously it's in the micrometer range, so maybe he just missed it.

Heritage Steel x Eater Series 12" owners - Please help me with the measurements!

I'm looking for the exact measurements of the flat bottom of the 12 inch heritage steel eater series. On their websites it says 12 inch rim to rim, and 9,5 inch bottom. Which I believe to be inaccurate.

But we all know manufacturer can be rounding up and straight up underselling their pans in size (Made In 10")

I want to buy the 12 inch pan to use on my 21cm (8,5inch) electric hob. So I used some generic measurement tool to measure a screenshot of said pan. The Screenshot is taken from PrudentReviews. He measured the rim to rim to be slightly larger - at 12,5 inch.

Using that as a reference, and a generously deduced ratio of 1:0,71 rim to bottom (see Image) - the bottom should be more like 8,5-9 inch in size. Which would be perfect for my hob.

So before I order the pan and ship them to europe. Could any one that owns the heritage Eater 12" please do me the favor and tell me the exact measurement?

Considerung buying Made In 10" pan. Seen a lot about warping

Just wanted to know ya'lls opinions, who use the clad pans on glas or induction. There are many people complaining about warping after normal use. Have you experienced such things?

Correct Pan Size for Heritage Steel Eater Series (10,5"/12") on a 8,5 inch hob

TL:DR Could anyone with a Heritage Steel 10,5" pan measure the width on the flat bottom. Is it really 7 inches as listed?

I absolutely fell in love with the design from Heritage steel Eater series and wanted to pick one up for my german glas ceramik cooktop - of which the largest hob measures 21cm (8,5").

Now Heritage presents me with two options:

  1. 10,5" with a mere 7" bottom side

  2. 12" with a 9,5" bottom side.

I'm really conflicted. I'd think 9,5 is too large, although its not detrimental to the cookware (probably) heating it on a 8,5 inch hob, I just feels weird doing so.

My delusional hope was the 10,5" pan on their website just has false product listings, and is actually 8" or something wide on the bottom. That would more check out since the made in Pans that are 10,5 inch also have a 8,5 inch bottom, and these two brands have similarly shaped pans.

Made in Stainless steel pans do they have fully sealed rims?

I'm about to purchase some Made in stainless steel pans. Couldn't find information regarding the finishing of the rims. Does someone know whether they have sealed rims for them to be fully dish-washer safe? That's the most important point for me. Advise/Experience would be very much appreciated!
