Is this ruined or is this “seasoned”?

Bought a new Madein Carbon Steel griddle. Used it recently to grill up some bulgolgi and other smaller sized meats. After the bbq was over, I did a quick clean telling myself I would clean it more later. Well, a few weeks went by and this is the result. Any suggestions on how to clean it better?

Considerung buying Made In 10" pan. Seen a lot about warping

Just wanted to know ya'lls opinions, who use the clad pans on glas or induction. There are many people complaining about warping after normal use. Have you experienced such things?
