Hey y’all! I was planning on buying a Dyson, but I’ve been seeing mixed reviews, especially about their customer service.

1. My kids love taking things apart and building stuff, so when I clean, I always find screws of different sizes, wires, and other random little pieces.

2. I end up cleaning the house every week because it gets really dusty. If I don’t, my nose and throat get stuffy. Would it make more sense to get an air purifier or something instead?

3. Wooden + tile floors. Prefer budget, willing to spend more if it'll last for a long time.
